Sixteen Youth & Adult leaders will be working in Calderon, a poor community located on the outskirts of Quito. Teams will work with SIFAT on a project know as Jesus es el Camino (Jesus is the Way). Teams will continue building an addition to the church to house a kitchen, cafeteria and classrooms.

Through the efforts of Pastor Paul's church, Iglesia del Nazareno, and their partnership with Compassion International, children will be tutored in their school subjects, encouraged in their spiritual development, fed a hot lunch, and, most importantly, have a place to be safe and off the streets while their parents work, usually far away from home.

Each contruction team will also have a VBS component branching out into five different marginalized areas of Quito teaching very poor children about the love of Jesus.
